A : My name is Weny, I am twenty two years old. I have graduated from a university majoring in economic. Even though I am not from English Departement, I still can speak english well. Now, I am still working in a company of manufacturing.

I : What departement do you apply and why do you interested on it?

A : I Interested on that working because I have experience about it and I have do it for long time. So If this company receive me to be one of its employee I can work better than other candidate because I am more expert and more experienced .

I : Why did you leave your latest job?

A : Because I need a job who full challenge.

I : When were you most satisfied in your work ?

A : Actually I always satisfied with my job, even every day I feel it. But when I can reach my target continually every day and every month in a year I really satisfied with it.

I : What are your strengths and weaknesses, please specify each of three!

A : My strengths are, namely: I was meticulous and careful in work, I love to learn new things and I always do things on time. My weaknesses are, namely : I am always too excited when working so sometimes forget the time, I am too eager pursuit my goals so It always make me over action, and I am not pleased to work slowly, causing me always in a hurry every doing something.

I : Why should we hire you?

Because I have many I have sufficient experience and even more in this field. And approximately, I am struggling and work in this field to meet the needs of my family.

I : How much salary do you want in every month?

I am expecting to get 6 Million Rupiahs per month

( The role of profitability , interest rates , inflation and exchange rates to influence the indonesian stock market for the economic crisis )

Abstract

The economic crisis which had happening in Indonesia since 1997 has already given significant effect. Stock price decreased dramatically as well as its transaction volume. Boedie, et.all and Weston and Brigham state that there are many factor influence stock price such as profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate. This, the aim of this research is to find at whether profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have significant effect to fluctuation of the stock price within the economic crisis in Indonesia. The result of this research proves that the change of profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have significant influence to the fluctuation of company stock price within the period of the economic crisis. Partially, only interest rate and exchange rate have significant effect to stock price in the period of the economic crisis.

conclusions and recommendations

The analysis have been done on this study provide some conclusion, which includes:

1.Empirically proven that profitability, interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates in bersama-sama affect stock prices enterprises significantly during the economic crisis occurred in indonesia.

2.Empirically proven that interest rates and the rupiah usd a partial have leverage significantly to a company stock price for the economic crisis in indonesia.

3.Limited this research lies in determining the only on a company sensitive.For it can be used all next enterprises active in the jakarta stock exchange.
